Do you test on animals?

No. It is illegal in the UK and Europe to test finished products on animals and we don’t do it.

How long does it take for my product to arrive?

We aim to deliver your strb. product within 10 business days. You can track your order using the tracking number sent in your despatch email. Due to the current Covid-19 restrictions, delivery may take a little longer than usual, especially if you are ordering outside of the EU. Please allow an extra 2-5 days for delivery. How much does shipping cost?

Shipping for one product to anywhere in the EU costs €5. Shipping for two or more products to anywhere in the EU costs €10. Shipping on all orders outside the EU costs €15 (max. 1kg).

How do I return a product?

You have up to 30 days from the date of receipt to return unopened, undamaged and unused products to us. To return an item, email including your name, address, order number and reason for return and we will issue a return label to you. Please place this on the original packaging and return the item to us. Once your return is verified and accepted, we’ll refund you the payment. We will not refund your cost of returning a product to us.

When will my credit card be charged?

You will be charged as soon as your order has been accepted and processed.
